Corporate Outreach and Communications Manager, Fareway 

Emily manages corporate charitable giving, communications and public relations, in addition to special events for Fareway. She is responsible for developing and executing charitable giving strategy and related investments. Emily also manages strategic communications to achieve brand consistency, coordination of messages, and promotion of a positive public image. She serves as a relationship manager, coordinating outreach and engagement events, and serving as company spokesperson. Prior, she worked as the Assistant Communications Director for the Iowa Finance Authority. Emily holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism and Mass Communications from Iowa State University and a Masters in Public Administration from Drake University. She currently serves as a board member for Variety-the Children’s Charity.
