Felicia Smith-Nalls

Community Relations Manager, Tyson Fresh Meats

Felicia Smith-Nalls is a native of Waterloo and graduate of Wartburg College and the
University of Iowa College of Law.  She has in depth experience in HR and diversity and
inclusion work providing training and development in leadership, cultural competence,
environment assessment and implicit bias.  She serves on a number of community
boards and organizations including Cedar Valley's Promise, One Cedar Valley, 24/7
BLAC and Experience Waterloo.  Mrs. Smith-Nalls is the Community Relations Manager
for Tyson Fresh Meats, the Artistic Director for the North End Cultural Center. She loves
spending time with her husband Kal and 2 children Jaymes and AJ. You can also catch
