VIRTUAL Iowa Farm to School and Early Care Meeting

Join your Farm to School and Early Care statewide community for a two-hour virtual conference on Friday, June 19, from 1 to 3 p.m.! Hosted by the Iowa Farm to School and Early Care Coalition, this virtual conference will take the place of our 2020 in-person conference (to be rescheduled for June 2021). We will use Zoom video/call conferencing, and the conference will be recorded and accessible after the live meeting.

Sub-grants available! Iowa Team Nutrition will offer $350 sub-grants to childcare centers and $100 to childcare home providers, participating in CACFP to support farm to early care activities. Two CACFP Training Hours will be offered to CACFP childcare center staff and home providers for participating in the Farm to School and Early Care Virtual Conference on June 19th, or for viewing the conference recording at a later time.
