Mike Miller
President & CEO, River Bend Food Bank

Mike is the President & CEO of River Bend Foodbank in the Quad Cities. He has been in food banking since 2008, as the COO of Gleaners Food Bank of Indiana and Vice President of Operations of the Greater Cleveland Food Bank prior to assuming his current role in 2015. Mike also serves as Vice Chair of the National Council of Feeding America, the national network of food banks, and is a Board Member of the Iowa Food Bank Association and Feeding Illinois. Mike has previously served on the Illinois Commission to End Hunger and on the boards of Feeding Indiana’s Hungry and the Quad Cities Student Hunger Drive and Food Rescue Partnership.

Mike’s background is engineering and business, with degrees in computer and electrical engineering and an MBA from Purdue University. He worked 15 years in manufacturing in the pharmaceutical, wire and cable, and food industries, then served as a church administrator prior to becoming a food banker.
