The Global Farmer Network (GFN) is an international, non-profit organization that connects and empowers farmers from around the world to share their experiences, advocate for science-based agricultural policies, and promote sustainable farming practices. The network brings together farmers from various backgrounds, countries, and production systems to create a unified voice on global agricultural issues such as food security, biotechnology, climate change, and trade.
Founded in 2000, GFN operates on the belief that farmers are key to solving global challenges in agriculture and food production. By facilitating cross-border collaboration and communication, the network strengthens the role of farmers in shaping agricultural development and policy.
