Description: Project RISE is a student lead program within Charles City Schools. The program is designed to help students with whatever they need in order to be successful in school. We provide mentoring and tutoring support, as well as clothing and food support. Within that program we have developed a Student Food Pantry. We have 2 locations. One outside our front doors of our High School, and the other outside our Middle School. They are locations that students can get food to take home for their families or students can get a snack before/after their extracurricular activities. How to Help: We have a ton of support in our community. They recognize the need of our students and their families. Our program wouldn't be able to sustain itself without our community's support, both financially and monetary. Iowans can support us with donations. Food or monetary.
