Description: Madison County Cares is a network of health and human services providers that holds monthly information-sharing and networking meetings. Meetings are typically held every fourth Tuesday of the month from noon to 1pm at Sports Page (224 IA-92, Winterset). How to Help: Anyone with an interest in the health and well-being of people in Madison County is encouraged to attend a meeting. Walk-ins are welcome!
