Description: The IMPACT Boone County Resource Center, a branch of IMPACT Community Action, works to eliminate poverty through empowering vulnerable populations, building collaborations and advocating for social change. Currently, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, all offices are closed to the public, but all IMPACT services, including food pantry, are available by phone. How to Help: Interested in volunteering with IMPACT? We are always looking for willing volunteers to help serve the families in our communities. Our volunteering processes have changed slightly due to COVID-19 in order to protect our volunteers, families, and staff. As a result, we have new and COVID-19-friendly volunteering opportunities available.
