JETT PHC is a nutrition coaching business dedicated to improving community sustainability through wellness. JETT PHC’s health coaching programs help people eat a nutrition-based diet that helps them avoid diet-driven disease. 

Living in Reverse diabetes reversal program consists of three main parts. The first section of the course brings awareness of the root causes of diabetes so participants know what to address. The middle section of the course discusses the specific reversal process including testing, diet, exercise, and non-physical health. The final part of the course discusses wellness outreach. Helping someone else to recover is the best way to maintain our own recovery.

JETT PHC’s community mission is volunteerism. JETT helps people and organizations make a difference by providing "50/25,” a resource that helps others impact community sustainability through wellness and volunteerism. 

How to Help:

Iowans can partner with JETT PHC by:

• Participating in a health coaching program
• Referring people with prediabetes or diabetes to JETT PHC
• Inviting JETT PHC to speak on wellness
• Referring small businesses to JETT PHC for workplace wellness development
• Referring caregiving organizations to JETT PHC for staff training in diabetes reversal
