Iowa Hunger Calendar

Experience living below the poverty line in this simulation. Upon arrival, you will be given a unique identity complete with a monthly income, living situation and personal needs. Depending on your circumstances, you will navigate obtaining healthcare, shopping for groceries on a limited income, visiting a food pantry and caring for your household as you encounter everyday crises that can throw off your plan. This event is held in partnership with DMARC.

Mission Partners will be available following the simulation to provide information about to get involved in the fight against hunger.
