Join community activists and leaders as they share how poverty stands in the way of many Des Moines residents accessing healthcare, housing, employment, our justice system, and education. Learn how the obstacles to these basic rights affect us all – regardless of income. End the day with a panel of government leaders and a powerful dialogue on the ways we can work together to affect change and remove the poverty barrier in Central Iowa.
