Last weekend the Polk County Master Gardeners had their first plant sale at their new greenhouse location - Victorian Acres Greenhouses (1529 34th Ave SW, Altoona). They have flowers and vegetables left over and have two great opportunity for school, community and faith-based gardens: 

• Friday, May 9th - Reduced Price Sale  
  • 5:30 - 7:00 pm 
  • Cash and check only
• Saturday, May 10th - All remaining plants FREE to non-profit organizations
  • 9:00 am - plants are gone
  • They will be tracking the name of the organization receiving the plants
