Iowa Hunger Calendar

First United Methodist Church in Algona, IA will be hosting its second Food Packaging event through Outreach at 1:30 on Sunday, Nov. 22. All meals packaged will be sent to Haiti and distributed through Eddy at GoServ Global to those in need of food.

Each meal costs 25 cents and so far the church has raised $10,000, but more donations are still needed to cover the remaining costs. Volunteers are also needed.
