Horizons: A Family Service Alliance's mission is to instill hope, change lives, and brighten futures by providing life changing services to under served populations. Horizons is diligent in promoting a culture of change. They value service quality and seek out ways to improve the services provided to the community. Horizons offers many different hunger fighting programs within their Nutrition Department, such as Summer Meals, Meals on Wheels, CACFP Meals, and SNAP at the Market.
