Description: Southwest Circle Community Cafe is a nonprofit pay-as-you-cafe coming to Fort Dodge. They provide a healthy meal for those who can and those who can not afford it. By allowing people to volunteer in exchange for a meal they are a hand up rather than a hand out. This allows people to hold up their pride. Southwest Circle Community Cafe is the first One World Everybody Eats Cafe in Iowa. There are over 50 in the US including Jon BonJovi's and Panera Bread's Panera Cares Cafes. Their mission statement is: Impacting and solving hunger insecurity, transforming lives, building and celebrating community. How to Help: Southwest Circle Community Cafe is in the start-up phase.
