Description: The Society St. Vincent de Paul of Cedar Rapids distributes free bakery and grocery products Tuesday through Saturday. Food boxes are also distributed to families and individuals in need Tuesday thru Saturday (9 am to 12 noon) - Closed on Monday. How to Help: Iowans can support St. Vincent de Paul through donations of cash or in-kind (food can be bought through local food reservoirs for much less than at grocery stores), or by volunteering. Volunteers work in their food pantry (Tuesday-Saturday, 9am-2pm), picking up bakery products from local grocery stores to deliver to St. Vincent de Paul, and shopping for grocery items on their behalf.
