Nancy Reynolds has 25 years of experience across eight countries in education, leadership, and clinical nursing, and has taught applied nursing skills in developing country hospital settings. Nancy is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and holds a Masters of Science in Nursing Education from Georgetown University. She is also currently enrolled in a post-Master’s Certificate in Infectious Diseases from the University of London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. She is the Chairperson of Health Builders, a Rwanda-based organization which works with local communities and governments to build their own primary health systems. Aegis Trust and Health Builders are developing a partnership to pilot an integrated approach to address ongoing issues of trauma in Rwanda following the genocide in 1994. She is also Chairperson of YPO’s Rwanda Action Forum, which works with the Government of Rwanda on business investment and development.
